Helen Mooney, MPH

Helen Mooney is a Senior Research Assistant with PORTAL. Her work has appeared in JAMA Health Forum, the Journal of Law, Medicine, and Ethics, and the Journal of Managed Care and Specialty Pharmacy.

Mooney’s previous experience includes health policy research at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the American Public Health Association. She received her Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health and a BA in Sociology from Yale College.
