Hee Jung “Jules” Cho, JD, MPH

Hee Jung “Jules” Cho is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working jointly with PORTAL and Boston University’s CARB-X. Her research interests include legal and regulatory aspects of health security, no-fault compensation for injuries involving drugs and medical devices, and push and pull incentives for drug development.

Cho earned her JD from UC Law San Francisco and her MPH from Yonsei University. Her prior research has examined vaccine injury compensation programs, FDA oversight, and legal accountability in healthcare.
